Phase 5 — Partnership & Mobilization

We support stakeholder engagement, partner evaluation, proposal development, procurement planning, and implementation preparation.

Phase 6 — Implementation & Integration

Subject to contract, technical capability, required authorizations, and agreed scope, we coordinate the deployment or integration of selected solutions.

Phase 7 — Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

We evaluate performance against agreed objectives and recommend improvements as the project develops.
